Imported Marble
Alongside Egyptian stone, Wadi Degla supplies imported marble through our partnerships with quarries in Italy, Turkey and other countries: classic whites such as Calacatta and Arabescato, elegant greys, dark marbles such as Nero Marquina, and decorative onyx and exotic stones.
This means you can source the Egyptian and imported stones for a project from one supplier.

Projects with Imported Marble
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Calacatta and Carrara marble?
Both are white Italian marbles. Calacatta usually has a brighter white background with bolder, thicker veining, while Carrara is greyer with finer, softer veining.
Can I combine imported and Egyptian marble in one project?
Yes. Many projects use an imported marble for feature areas and an Egyptian marble for large floor and wall areas. We supply both.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Open any stone's page and press "Request a sample", or contact our sales team.
How do I get a price?
Prices depend on the stone, finish, thickness, sizes, quantity and destination. Send us your requirements and our sales team will reply with a quotation.
